Peppard class - 13/09/2024

Welcome to our week in Peppard class.  We have had a very busy time this week.

On Monday we enjoyed baking in pairs.  We made cakes, which we ate for our afternoon snack.  They were delicious. 

For topic, we discussed how we can be a good friend.  We listened to two stories, Meesha makes a friend and Rainbow fish.  We then drew pictures of our new and old friends, as well as making multi media Rainbow fish.  

We have enjoyed snack time and toast friday and we are becoming independent with washing up our cups and plates.  

In phonics we have been playing some blending and segmenting games including feeding Metal Mike some very strange food! 

We have been doing some prewriting patterns and we have been practising writing our names.

In maths we have been paying for our snacks and making our own shops.

Next week, we would love for your children to bring show and tell.  The days for show and tell will remain the same for the year.
