Science

In science on Thursday we had a virtual, interactive lesson all about space, satellites and how they help us with making decisions about our world. We were asked to make choices throughout the lesson and used our science brains to think about why we made those decisions. It was an interesting lesson and great fun!

Maths

In maths this week we have continued learning to add and subtract, and on Thursday we played some card games with our friends where we had to add two 2-digit numbers using our knowledge or ones and tens. We were also using the cards and dice to create numbers that we could subtract from. 

Class read

We have continued to read our class book this week, The Worst Witch by Jill Murphy.  We have been reading about Mildred and her funny tales of her experiences in training her cat Tabby. We have been really enjoying our book and there has been a lot of laughing in the classroom!
