Dance

On Monday in PE we started our new street dance topic. We discussed the history of street dance in New York in the 1960s and then went onto develop our charcter skills using actions and facial expressions. Next week we will start to learn our new dance trying to include our acting skills that we have developed this week. 

Residential

We arrived back to Peppard early on Friday evening after a busy and exciting week in South Wales. Some of our highlights were, coasteering into the Blue Lagoon on Aberidi Beach; surfing at White Sands beach; sea kayaking in The Blue Lagoon and abseiling where we saw wild horses. The food was delicious, the best being the BBQ and the fish and chips! We are so lucky to have had such a great experience.

Maths

In maths we have been learning about place value and negative numbers. We have been solving some challenging word problems and have been comparing temperatures in different parts of the world and finding the difference between them.
